I love life! Love my job...(sometimes) waking up so early after 10 years to do a morning show can have its ups and downs. Upside, being finished by high noon! downside, being tired at 2pm.

Its ok to be sad. Its better to smile. Love your siblings. Always tell your parents you love them and never think your children are too old to hug. Snuggle with your pets. Sing last dance by Donna Summer with the windows open, Never forget your friends, the ones that you grew up with, The new ones you have made.
My Dream: Write a book, Write a move, become a voiceover talent for the book and the movie
Guilty Pleasure : Oreos & Milk
Something you never knew: I wanted to be one of Charlies Angels. Or ride on the back of the CHIPS motorcycle with Ponch & Jon
Monday Morning Sept 30th Scott and I celebrate our 10 year morning show Anniversary together on Y102, although I have been in the business for 30 years....This is more of a milestone for me.
I don't think I ever realized what kind of impact I had on people until one morning show listener had us in their obituary. He knew us like "family" .......however, we never knew him. The one single line in his obit changed my life forever. " Faithful friend to the Y102 Morning show" Humbled are we.
We wake up, step into a smile, we entertain you. Music is a drug . In these past 10 years I have lost loved ones, been through a divorce, found the love of my life, got re-married, and watched my children grow into young adults. You have all seen me through it. While you have counted on US when you lost your job, have traveled to a chemo treatment, lost a pet, went through a disaster of your own, cried over a bad day, shared your birthdays, weddings, anniversaries and birth of a new baby with us, we have been there for each other in exchange for one song.
We are always here, always there, with every sunrise, snowfall, rainstorm, heatwave and sunset. We may not see each other face to face but the sense of hearing a familiar voice or song feeds the soul.
In closing I want to say "Thank You" the biggest impact of my radio career isnt about meeting famous people, going to concerts, parties, or live remote broadcasts. Its waking up knowing every single morning I can change the thinking of at least one person. It brings me joy, It fills my cup, the result for me is pure satisfaction. We may never meet one another face to face....but you're there, and We are here, Thank you for listening.
