5am-10am Weekday Mornings
I love life! Love my job...(sometimes) waking up so early after 10 years to do a morning show can have its ups and downs. Upside, being finished by high noon! downside, being tired at 2pm.

Be kind to everyone. Let that person who is at the stop sign go first, say hello first, give someone your last dollar, stop to talk to your neighbors, stop to listen for just a minute longer when you're in a hurry, Live like your dying and be grateful for everything in this life. Its ok to be sad. Its better to smile. Love your siblings. Always tell your parents you love them and never think your children are too old to hug. Snuggle with your pets. Sing last dance by Donna Summer with the windows open, Never forget your friends, the ones that you grew up with, The new ones you have made.
My Dream: Write a book, Write a move, become a voiceover talent for the book and the movie
Guilty Pleasure : Oreos & Milk
Something you never knew: I wanted to be one of Charlies Angels. Or ride on the back of the CHIPS motorcycle with Ponch & Jon

We honor those who so bravely served this country. Take a sacred moment to remember those who sacrificed their lives to acheive peace. Thank you For your service. I am surrounded in my family. My Father, My brother, My husband, My nephew. THANK YOU.
Bless this homeless United States Army Vet, Praise the people who gave him a makeover, a transformation and a better life.
This is a photo from my wedding, the DJ played Lee Greenwood "Proud to Be an American" My brother John (holding the flag had JUST returned from Iraq) we had asked all those who served or who currently serve to join as we celebrated them. Not a dry eye in the house. Hug a Vet.ll
One of my struggles that I deal with on a daily basis is my kids grew up. I know it sounds horrible, but they are grown up. I see little kids and I have this need to swoop them up and kidnap them for a day, ( I promise to give them back)
I miss holding their hand, having them snuggle up with me, NEED ME, think Im really, really cool, call me "MOMMY", ask me to fix their boo boo, jump in the leaves, tell them not to be afraid of the dark...you know...
So here it is, another video that just made my heart pour out onto the floor, I ask myself "where has the time gone?" Let it be known, Im not ready for grandchildren just yet, but take it from me, don't take those simple little moments for granted. I really miss just having an innocent child run off the school bus and into my arms. Hold on to the Memories!
