By participating, all participants and winner(s) grant Rock Hits Y102 exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likeness in connection with promotion of the contest and other contests, and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating in the contest, participants agree that Rock Hits Y102 may disclose personal information obtained from participants in the contest to third parties and use such information for marketing and other purposes.
You can only win one (1) call-in-to-win contest per sixty (60) days. Separate rules apply for Clear Channel Nationwide contests or web-based contests. You can only win one (1) prize per family from all on-air contests and any other contests that Y102 conducts, including but not limited to: ticket giveaways at live appearances, contests held at live appearances and drawings held at live appearances. Rock Hits Y102 holds the exclusive right to disqualify anyone who does not comply with the 60-day rule. Clear Channel Reading, its sponsors, advertisers or affiliates shall not be held responsible for the disqualification of any person who does not comply with the 60-day rule.

PRIZE REDEMPTION PROCEDURE:
Come to the Y102 Offices at 1265 Perkiomen Avenue in Reading during normal business hours (Monday - Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM) to pick up your prize(s). The Y102 Office is closed on weekends and holidays. If you need directions to our offices, CLICK HERE.
Be sure to bring one form of picture ID (Driver's license, state ID, etc.) so that our receptionist can verify your identity. If you are under age 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian accompany you to pick up your prize. If choosing someone else to claim your prize (i.e. spouse, neighbor, etc.), that person must have your picture ID to claim the prize, or you must notify the jock at time of winning that someone else will be claiming your prize and give that name to the jock.
All call-in-to-win prizes must be picked up in the time frame given. If no time frame is given, then the default is thirty (30) days. If you fail to pick up your call-in-to-win prize(s) within the given time window, your prize is forfeited and your name is placed on a list of people who are ineligible to win any call-in-to-win prizes for at least one (1) year, herein called the No-Win List. If you foresee that you will be unable to claim your prize in the alloted time, please call to inform our receptionist so that your prize(s) can be re-allocated. Notifying our receptionist will exempt you from being placed on the No-Win List, and you will be eligible to win future call-in-to-win prizes.
